All players in the Jr. Amerks organization (House, Travel and Mites) must complete registration in order to be officially placed on their team roster. The following registration process will ask you to complete parent/guardian contact information, player information as well as team information and required waivers.
Once the season costs are finalized (probably sometime after June 1), invoices will be sent to the email used in this registration.
Please visit usahockey.com to register or renew the player’s USA Hockey membership. We recommend printing or saving the confirmation number upon registration.
